Positive Affirmations

Positive affirmations are statements that help us to challenge and overcome self-sabotaging and negative thoughts, change negative thinking patterns, motivate us to make changes – to act, help us to achieve goals, build a new belief system, etc. To affirm means firmly declaring a positive thought and assertively stating it as a truth. When you repeat affirmations daily you can reprogram your subconscious mind.
